How to watch Liverpool vs Leicester City with CASVPN

It was 2016. Leicester had just done the unthinkable of lifting the premier league trophy, on a budget, while Brendan Rodgers sat in the red half of Merseyside. Bookies were scared, premier league teams more so, yet the statement that Leicester city made was no joke. They can bring down any opposition, while playing an attractive brand of football, a recipe that Brendan Rodgers was keen to successfully implement on Liverpool team.

But things took a turn for the worst, and Brendan Rodgers had to depart Anfield to find solace in Celtic park. To replace him, Henry and Co. turned to a charismatic German named Klopp, with trademark gegenpressing, who was wreaking havoc with his Dortmund side in Bundesliga. Under the chorus of “You never walk alone” Klopp made the Kop his own. Very soon a trivet of Mane, Salah and Firmino were destroying defense after defense with leaders like Van Dijk and Allison guarding the leaks. This led to Liverpool conquering Europe. No small feat, yet what they really want is a premier league title.

It had been ages since Liverpool last won the title. A swashbuckling attacking football has always been in Liverpool DNA yet translating it into domestic glory has so far eluded them.

On the other side Brendan Rodgers was honing his skills. His Celtic team was producing effective and attacking football, with firm grip on the title. His side went undefeated domestically, raising eyebrows on the premier league side of the football business. And then the ambitious and success sniffing owners of Leicester city had no choice but to approach Brendan. He took over Leicester at the start of the season, and currently his team sits third, only bested by Liverpool and Manchester city by fine margins, with the next visit to Anfield.

Quite a reunion. Yet Brendan Rodgers and Leicester City are not a pushover.

Currently Leicester City has a core of young British talent marauding the pitch. At the back they are secured by Kasper Schmeichel, with talents like Morgan, Chilwell and Fuchs adding youth alongside the experienced Johnny Evans. In the middle they have Albrighton, Ndidi, Maddison, Gray, Tielemans and Praet, ready to give any opposition a run for their money. In attack the electric Jamie Vardy is joined by Iheanacho and Perez. Altogether Leicester City are not only hard to beat but also hard to contain, only losing a single game this season.

From the red corner Klopp will be unleashing the front three of Mane, Firmino and Salah in attach. In the middle Fabinho, Henderson, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Keita, Wijnaldum and Milner are available, while their back is secured by excellent Van dijk, Alexander-Arnold, Robertson and the resurgent Matip, with Allison manning the posts. There is a reason why they are leading the table, they have yet to lose a single point this season.

A very enticing battle, yet it is safe to say there will be no shortage of temper or goals. Both teams play high tempo football with emphasis on direct passing and speedy counter attacks. Tactically Klopp and Rodgers are both well aware of Liverpool, which may provide a slight advantage to Rodgers. Form wise, Liverpool’s attack is currently struggling to replicate last season’s form, but their midfield and defense are solid. For Leicester, Maddison and Tielemans are both on form and do have the tendency to shoot from outside the area with Jamie Vardy scoring goals for fun. Punters are even putting their money on few yellow cards to keep everything interesting. A treat for all.
